Biography

I support people in discovering their strengths and developing individual ways of navigating personal and interpersonal challenges. As a psychologist and systemic therapist, I work in a solution-focused, respectful, and collaborative manner.

A particular focus of my work is supporting queer individuals as well as people who wish to reflect on or change their sexualized substance use. Through many years of experience in the fields of sexual health and chemsex counseling, as well as my work as a trainer for psychosocial and healthcare professionals, I have developed extensive expertise in these areas.

In my counseling practice, I combine systemic approaches with motivational interviewing, focusing on my clients’ existing strengths, resources, and opportunities for growth. Creating a safe and supportive space is important to me—one in which personal concerns can be discussed openly and meaningful, sustainable change can emerge.
