Biography

In summer 2019, I fulfilled a big dream: I moved to Berlin. Living here means freedom for me first and foremost and makes it easy for me to go new ways. I feel at home in the queer scene here. I like people, their stories and experience the trust they place in me as a mediator and coach as a gift.

Until I trained as a mediator, I didn't like arguments. I experienced conflict as something burdensome or divisive. However, disputes can also unite and constructive solutions can emerge. For this to happen, the wishes and needs hidden behind the accusations and anger have to be recognised and discussed. As a mediator, it is my goal to support you in this process.

From my own experience I know how unhappy the "wrong job" or the "wrong centre of life" can make you. Often you are too caught up in yourself or too despondent to find a way out. I am happy to accompany you on your way to new shores and support you in becoming clear about your abilities and talents.

Unlike coaching, which focuses on your personal concerns, supervision focuses on your professional environment or your voluntary work.
